The T Show
The T Show was a self-produced radio show I hosted on Tone Radio from 2015 to 2018. As well as operating the in-studio equipment, I also produced imaging for the show and catch-up content of previous shows that were uploaded to mixcloud.
Imaging example
Dartmoor Soundscape
This is a piece of experimental audio built around the concept of ‘sound describes space, noting the aesthetic similarity between the oscillating heights of mountains, trees and skylines and the waveforms of music.
Based on this concept I created a piece of audio that paid no real attention to the actual sound of the piec but rather manipulated the audio in response to the contours and features on the chosen image. As if the panorama was a waveform in image format.
in creating this I represented the y-axis through pitch, depth through volume and the concept of space and memory through reverb.
The sounds themselves were all typical office sounds carefully chosen to represent different elements of the image; such as rustling paper as trees. This worked on the concept of someone sat in the office remembering their adventures on dartmoor.

Maximise Conference
This event was held annually at the Pittville Pump rooms in Cheltenham and in previous years of the event they had encountered serious issues with some rather horrid acoustics on both the live PA sound and by consequence the camera audio for which they were just holding up a boom microphone. I managed to resolve this by bringing in and strategically placing speakers, using directional handheld microphones and setting up an output bus directly to one of the cameras, with the audio then being synched with the other camera feeds in the edit.
